The North Mississippi Hill Country Picnic is back for its sixth time! 

The 2011 Lineup includes:  Kenny Brown, North Mississippi Allstars, Duwayne Burnside, Blue Mountain, Jimbo Mathus, T-Model Ford, Robert Belfour, John Wilkins, Cedric and Garry Burnside, Duff Durrough, and many more! The guitar workshop will be held on Friday before the festival begins and will include 4 hours of one on one instruction time with 4 of the festival artists. The workshop will conclude with a jam of the workshop participants and instructions to kick off the festival!

The Hill Country Guitar Workshop is a four hour workshop with four Hill Country legends. Participants will get to learn the Hill Country style from the best in a very intimate setting---and then become the opening act for the 2011 picnic with a jam featuring students and teachers of the workshop!

The North Mississippi Hill Country Picnic is a non-profit organization dedicated to spreading appreciation and awareness of North Mississippi Hill Country Blues through performance, preservation, and interpretation. Held annually since 2006, the Picnic takes place in Potts Camp, Mississippi, in the heart of the Hill Country.
